Today, Einride unveils North America's largest operational charging station dedicated to electric heavy-duty vehicles, located in Lynwood, California. Strategically placed near the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, this landmark facility boasts 65 chargers and a capacity to serve 200 vehicles daily. “The launch of Einride's first Smartcharger station in the US marks a momentous stride in establishing digital, electric freight as an important enabler to a more resilient U.S. freight system. This facility will enable a key region to fast-track to electric, given its proximity to one of the world’s busiest container ports and a driver of the US economy,” says Robert Falck, CEO and Founder of Einride. BlueTriton Brands is a company which produces and distributes bottled water through brands like Arrowhead Mountain Spring Water and Pure Life Purified Water. Smith and Severson Builders is rebuilding Blue Triton Brands storage facility in Los Angeles, CA. Damaged by fire, BlueTriton's warehouse used to store product was unusable and unsafe. A pricing directive from BlueTriton and it's insurance provider was to compare the price of a new building and the cost to re-build the damaged structural members and restore the finishes destroyed by the fire. The rebuild was chosen which allows BlueTriton to return to storing product more quickly than the construction of a new building. Smith and Severson Builders is proudly dedicated to this difficult project that allows BlueTriton Brands to provide healthy hydration solutions!
