The new K1 Speed in Lee’s Summit is their first ground-up, custom-built location. In addition to the 14-turn racetrack, the center has an on-site café, arcade featuring an Omni-Arena VR experience, and private event rooms. So, what happens when you provide MEP design services for a 50,000-sf indoor go kart racing center? The answer is obvious. The entire company makes a site visit.
