Other brands in the non-alc space might have bigger teams and budgets, but they don’t have the Smash Army. One of the biggest risks we faced when considering our rebrand was that we had just launched in 2,000 Sprouts Farmers Market and Walmart stores with our legacy brand. These partnerships were critical, and we knew that we would have to move that inventory to secure space for SMASHD. How do you sell out of an old brand while promoting a new one? After wrapping up the rebrand campaign, we rallied the Smash Army with a nationwide tour, encouraging them to meet us in store and clear the shelves. In just 45 days, we blew past our sales targets, secured our place on the shelves, and opened the door to dozens of new distribution opportunities.
