Smash My Trash?

I am absolutely blessed to have some of the best team members ever at our Smash My Trash? / Heavy Weight, Inc. Franchises. We have grown our staff from within and our leaders are some of our OG ride or die’s. Carlos Molina was my first hire as sales and our first promotion. Carlos is our Regional Sales Manager and also a Sales Mentor at T3. We rewarded Carlos with his first company truck in February of 2023. Last month we made a deal that if Carlos could close a HUGE deal he was cooking for our El Paso market….. he would get my Jeep Gladiator (I might have done some slight upgrades to Smasher 1). Well look at the new ride Carlos just got! When you sell big, you win big.

We'd like to take a moment to highlight the volunteer work from the local crew Smash My Trash Miami/Naples This past weekend, the South Florida team participated in one of the largest annual coastal clean-up efforts to keep their white beaches clean and safe. Special thanks to driver Chuck Basler and General Managers Ashley Schwark and Ali Keister for coordinating with the city of Bonita Springs to provide a free Smash Truck? and Heavyweight Waste? container for the event.??? ??? “This is our home.
