Established in 1993, Smartplay is dedicated to the creative design, development and manufacture of lottery drawing equipment. Over the years our product line has evolved in response to our clients needs by incorporating the latest technology. Thus, we have maintained our position as the international leader in the area of lottery drawing machines and specialized game show equipment. Smartplay’s management team has over 200 combined years of lottery experience. Our staff consists of conceptual artists, engineers, master craftsmen and marketing professionals. We have visited and installed equipment in over 150 lottery locations throughout the world. Drawing on this wealth of experience enables us to design and manufacture products that are visually exciting, designed for the studio environment and perform flawlessly. Smartplay supplies both Mechanical Ball Draw Machines as well as Digital Draw Systems.

    Smartplay Welcomes Kelly Kleinfelder as VP of Technology and Production Smartplay proudly announces the addition of Kelly McHale-Kleinfelder to our executive team as Vice President of Technology and Production.?Kelly brings over 25 years of senior-level management experience as a seasoned technology leader with a proven track record of building and transforming IT departments. Her expertise includes developing strategic IT roadmaps, leading digital transformation initiatives, and aligning technology with business goals to drive revenue growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. As Managing Partner of Strategic Elevation Advisory Group, Kelly provided technology consulting to mid-market manufacturing and distribution organizations, focusing on compliance, ERP implementations, and modernization projects. Kelly’s career highlights include spearheading an ERP transition for a retail distribution company which streamlined business processes and reduced manual work by 25%. Kelly also implemented a 22-point IT transformation plan as CIO at a digital supply chain provider. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Drexel University and a Master’s in Information Technology Leadership from La Salle University.   • New Jersey's Smartplay International Receives Vendor License from UAE's GCGRA The United Arab Emirates' General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) has awarded Smartplay International, a New Jersey-based company, a general-related gaming vendor license. This license enables Smartplay International to provide lottery and gaming equipment to licensed companies within the UAE. "We're honored that the GCGRA has awarded this vendor license and allowed us to supply licensed gaming operators in the UAE," said Darrell Smith, Vice President of Sales at Smartplay International. "We see great opportunities in the country and look forward to working with new gaming operators as they are approved by GCGRA." Smartplay International is a leading supplier of number drawing systems to lottery and gaming operators in 127 countries, including Powerball, Megamillions, the UK National Lottery, and the Hong Kong Jockey Club. In conjunction with receiving the vendor license, Smartplay International congratulates The Game LLC, the UAE's first licensed lottery. The Game LLC, a subsidiary of Momentum based in Abu Dhabi, will offer a diverse range of lottery games designed to cater to different player interests and financial preferences.
