I'm approaching 3 months at SmartPass! And man am I glad I'm there! I just spent a week with the Management Team in NY facilitating an Onsite. We got to know each other better through both shuffle board competitions and a working genius assessment, dug into data, got honest about the past year in a retro process, and uncovered the key areas of focus for us for 2025. As I stood in Monyihan Hall this morning waiting for my train I noticed the words behind me "Out of many one". What a great way to sum up the past week. We truly came together in pursuit of the "one"- both building the best year ahead for SmartPass -and building a strong, trusting Management team that can lead that year ahead. Ultimately ensuring our customers can get back to what they do best and what they are in the schools to do - teach! I'm energized for the work we'll all continue to do together to get there.
