In 2017, while working at a hotel in a world-renowned chain in Abu Dhabi, UAE, our founder Andrii Krupenchyk had a unique opportunity to explore the hospitality industry from the inside. It was during this time that he first realized the importance of optimizing internal hotel processes. Andrii saw ways to improve and accelerate communication between hotel departments and between guests and staff. In a country where people of various nationalities and languages coexist, the issue of overcoming language barriers became particularly significant for him. He understood that hotels should offer services in the native language of each guest, regardless of where they come from. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, the need for contactless interaction only reinforced this idea. Hotels faced new challenges, and the necessity to implement technological solutions that would minimize contact while maintaining high service standards became evident.
