SMACNA Director of Safety Justin Crandol, CSP, ARM, CRIS, had the privilege of attending the NIOSH NORA Construction Sector Council Meeting on November 20-21 at the American Road and Transportation Builders Association in Washington, DC. This event brought together leading university professors, government leaders, and industry professionals to discuss cutting-edge advancements in safety and health within the construction sector. Key presentations covered topics such as severe incident prevention, PPE fit, hazard recognition, and innovative interventions for roofing safety.
