Last week, members, staff, and leadership from SMACNA, SMART, and ITI convened in Washington, D.C., for a Be4All meeting to collaborate on the program’s mission. The committee focused on reviewing and providing suggestions for the 2025 program plan. The plan consists of member resources, training, videos, podcasts, new worker recruitment, and further activation of the Be4All microsite, among other efforts. Be4All is about addressing one of our industry’s most pressing needs: the growth, recruitment, and retention of enough skilled workers to meet our workforce needs now and in the future. The Be4All committee looks forward to continuing its efforts in 2025, primarily as plans for the program continue to serve as a valuable resource for our members and the industry.
