Building the dream team of partners -- the addition of Kobalt Music is a game changer for our Creators.
Finding the partner to help us steward all the new copyrights we acquired last month from Anthem was a monumental task - 650,000 songs across thousands of writers and artists and countless types of agreements. Our choice of administer is one that we're going to live and die with as we go forward and build Slipstream Music. After many conversations with Laurent Hubert it became clear that he and Kobalt Music were the right partners to bring in tent. Their combination of technical acumen and artistry is unique in the space. I'm happy they showed conviction in what we're building to not only take on our catalog for administration, but also provided an equity investment in the business. It's great news for our composers, writers, and artists as well as the global creator community as we will now be able to accelerate the delivery of great, efficiently licensed music into top-tier content. We have acquired three powerhouse music licensing and production brands - Jingle Punks, 5 Alarm Music, and Cavendish Music, meaning we now have more than 650,000 tracks under one platform all ready to be licensed. Our founders, Dan Demole and Jesse Korwin, are pumped to be back in the saddle of their prior businesses and reunited with three of the most respected brands in the space!
