Introducing our 2024 summer Copywriting Slingtern, Rachel Narbo! Rachel is a rising senior at The University of Alabama, where she studies creative advertising through the two-year portfolio program called Minerva. She’s also the VP of Creative for Capstone Agency, a student-run integrated communications firm. On top of her leadership roles in the honors college, NSAC AdTeam, and Greek life, Rachel spends her time spoiling her cat, Cherry, analyzing television scripts, writing stories, creating music, listening to YouTube essays, and thrifting unique finds. Meet Khushi Dahya, our 2024 Art Direction summer Slingtern! Khushi is an upcoming senior at The University of Texas at Austin, majoring in Advertising and minoring in Business. As a member of the Texas Creative Portfolio Program, she has honed her art direction and copywriting skills through real-world campaign creation and execution and is ready to apply her knowledge at Slingshot. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Khushi enjoys traveling the world, watching movies that tug at her heartstrings, and competing with her family in the daily Wordle. We are thrilled to have Khushi join our team and can't wait to see the creativity she brings to Slingshot!

Lucia is a senior at Southern Methodist University, majoring in Advertising with a specialization in Strategic Brand Management and Accounting. This Houston native decided to stay up in Dallas as she joins our Media Team this summer. Lucia’s interests include dancing, spending time outdoors, and traveling—she recently studied abroad in Madrid, Spain.
