Demeter is thrilled to have worked on two of celebrity chef Fabio Viviani’s new concepts this year! This is Lago,?a modern Italian steakhouse that recently opened in Lake Zurich. Our process for this space started by scanning the space to ensure a perfect fit, followed by creating detailed 3D models (see last image) as part of our shop drawing process for elements like the ceiling grid and hanging cabinets. These models are then converted into 2D programs that direct our CNC machines to cut the materials into precise shapes. This careful planning ensures seamless installation and high-quality results that will serve our clients for years to come.? ?
