关于我们
The world of work is changing. Organizations of all types are increasingly challenged to respond to changes in social values and adapt to change in social, ecological, economic, and technical systems. Graduates from our programs will be at the forefront in sculpting how individuals, teams, and organizations of all kinds respond to these forces. Our BS, MS, PhD and certificate programs are designed to develop the leadership, planning, analytical, problem solving, and change management capabilities that today's globalized organizations need to be successful. The knowledge and skills graduates acquire are highly transferable and can be applied in a wide range of positions and settings. For example, our graduates are employed as organization development specialists, chief learning officers, human resource directors, international consultants, training directors, and others. They work in a wide range of local, state, national and international organizations including for-profit Fortune 500 companies, state and national governmental organizations, non-profit community organizations, and civil society organizations. Their skills are applied in the health sector, education, manufacturing, IT, business, community development, and hospitality and tourism. Our courses and programs are taught by a diverse, multidisciplinary, and award-winning faculty. They bring a breadth of research interests and a wealth of applied experience to the classroom. Their goal is to make the learning experience both challenging and provocative, and to prepare our students to be the leaders of positive change. Please look through our website. I think you will find that a degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development will open doors of exciting career opportunity and challenge.
