This weekend is filled with celebration! Not only am I a finalist for my first US-based award, but I’m also marking a special milestone—my son’s 4th birthday. When I returned to work after becoming a parent, I felt an intense pressure to keep everything perfectly balanced, but I quickly realised that striving for “perfect” wasn’t sustainable. It often left me drained and unable to show up as my best self. So, instead of making a whirlwind 36-hour trip to #NewYork, I’m celebrating this achievement from afar, raising a glass in honor of everyone who shares this journey with me. I’m incredibly proud to be one of the few UK entrepreneurs among the finalists, selected from over 1,500 nominations across 36 countries. The Stevie?
