Yesterday, we partnered with the Salt Lake City Education Foundation, the Salt Lake City School District, and industry leaders including DiscGenics, Krado Inc., and CleanJoule to host “Innovation Day” for around 50 middle school students. The event provided an engaging introduction to biotechnology through interactive sessions and hands-on activities. Students explored important concepts in science and sustainability, learning about different pathways to careers in the field. With this program, we aim to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of innovators and leaders while highlighting biotechnology’s real-world applications in health, agriculture, and energy. Also a big thank you to our sponsors Utah STEM Action Center and Utah System of Higher Education (USHE)! #TechLakeCity
