Topped Out! SLCE congratulates Suffolk Construction for this milestone at our 570 Washington Street project in the West Village.? At 180,000 square feet and 17 stories, the building will contain 175 units of affordable housing dedicated to seniors, including 2-bedroom residences planned for co-generational living. Residents will have access to on-site supportive services and over 5,500 square feet of modern amenities designed to enhance senior-based community living. With timeless and thoughtful design by COOKFOX Architects, the project will achieve LEED Gold certification, reflecting commitment to environmentally friendly building practices and full life cycle sustainability. Women have made significant strides in architecture over the past century, shaping cities, communities and the field itself with innovative designs and unique perspectives. Historically, architecture was a male dominated profession but today women are transforming skylines, leading sustainable design initiatives and pioneering inclusive spaces. The shift didn't happen overnight but is the result of relentless dedication by many female architects who overcame social and institutional barriers. Topped Out in Brooklyn! What a milestone for 180 Ashland Place, as the 610-Foot-tall tower reaches its apex in Downtown Brooklyn.180 Ashland will contain 609 residences within 420,000 SF and 50 stories. ?The tower is clad with a minimalist glass and metal facade of alternating colors, with elegant stone and metal accents along the sidewalk facades. The panoramic skyline views are amazing, and state-of-the-art amenities include a 50th Floor rooftop pool, hot tub and cabana; private lounges; a personal spa; several game rooms and an amazing Fitness Center.
