  • We're thrilled to announce that Partner Christine M. Rodriguez will join the firm. Christine comes to us from Kasowitz Benson Torres, and brings her?enterprise resource planning (ERP) software litigation experience to Slarskey LLC while enhancing its broader commercial litigation capabilities. Christine has nearly 15 years of experience in commercial litigation, having started her career as a law clerk in Manhattan’s Commercial Division of the NY State Supreme Court before entering private practice, where she has led representations of both plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial matters in jurisdictions across the country. Her?notable representations include The Lubrizol Corporation, a global specialty chemicals company, in an action against IBM arising from an implementation of SAP S/4 HANA; National Grid in an action stemming from a $1 billion implementation of SAP software; Alaskan Reefer Management and Kloosterboer International Forwarding, shippers of Alaskan seafood, in a dispute related to penalties assessed by the U.S. government for alleged violations of the Jones Act; and The Manhattan Club and affiliated entities in an action brought by more than 200 individual timeshare interest holders.
