Skyward Specialty is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Ryan as General Counsel, effective April 1, following the upcoming retirement of Leslie Shaunty after nearly 12 years of dedicated service. Ms. Shaunty will continue in a support and transition capacity through the end of 2025. Ms. Ryan brings more than 20 years of extensive legal experience in the insurance industry, with expertise spanning compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and regulatory matters. Last week we had the incredible opportunity to deliver backpacks to the amazing kids at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston Spring Branch chapter! Each backpack was thoughtfully packed with school supplies by our newest team members as part of their onboarding experience, ensuring these students have the tools they need for the year ahead.
