Skyward Specialty is pleased to announce the appointment of Patricia Ryan as General Counsel, effective April 1, following the upcoming retirement of Leslie Shaunty after nearly 12 years of dedicated service. Ms. Shaunty will continue in a support and transition capacity through the end of 2025. Ms. Ryan brings more than 20 years of extensive legal experience in the insurance industry, with expertise spanning compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and regulatory matters.
