Meet Alexander Kahn! With over a decade of experience as an attorney, Alex specializes in surety and construction law. At Skyward Specialty, he plays a vital role in investigating surety bond claims, assisting his team in managing claims and providing legal counsel and business support to underwriters. Outside of work, Alex and his wife recently achieved an incredible milestone by running the Chicago Marathon. Together, they raised over $8,000 for The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, with generous contributions from Skyward Specialty team members. We asked Alex how his career has evolved since joining the Company—here’s what he shared!

This Thanksgiving season, we were privileged to give back to the Houston community alongside our newest team members! Meet Garrett Buehler! With over a decade of experience in the industry, Garrett has been an integral part of Skyward Specialty for the past four years. As part of our Contract Surety division, he oversees the Northeast region, providing invaluable support to our underwriters through account training, managing submissions, and meeting with contractors. Garrett thrives on the variety his role brings, often saying, “Every day is different!” Outside of work, Garrett is a dedicated family man, happily married with two kids. He’s also a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and enjoys spending his free time fishing and golfing.
