"For some 24 years (in total), I spent my nursing career enjoying the experience of caring for so many residents; at that time known as MontVue. Over the years, healthcare has seen many changes, positives and negatives; now that I’m retired, not totally by choice, but due to health issues, I have the time to view the daily activities of several facilities. When I see the folks at what is now Skyview Springs, I notice a familiar site - smiles on the faces of the residents. I have observed them serving refreshments during the activity and they always take caution to serve the consistency required for their specific diets. This is important to keep them hydrated.
