Together, the pair brings over 20 years of combined corporate expertise to their new venture in the vacation rental management industry. Craig's background includes sales and leadership roles in the medtech sector, while Theresa has held various marketing positions across retail and agriculture. In recent years, they’ve focused on how they want to spend their time and discovered a passion for creating meaningful experiences through their work. Partnering with SkyRun has provided them with the perfect opportunity to embrace the exciting challenges of vacation rental management. Proud parents of Quinn (4) and Zoe (3), as well as their two doodles, Lola and Hendrix, Craig and Theresa enjoy family time through cooking, traveling, and engaging in fun activities like marshmallow fights. When they aren't managing properties or spending quality time with family, you'll likely find them on a Target run with their girls!

SkyRun North Lake Tahoe has a new owner. Steve Schmidt recently took over as the leader of this California location. Steve is bringing 30 years of operational and sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry to this new endeavor, and is excited to share his knowledge and expertise with the North Tahoe territory. He is dedicated to exceeding client expectations and crafting top-tier guest experiences that lead to exceptional results for visitors and property owners. A Pacific Northwest native, Steve has embraced the Truckee/North Tahoe area as his home for the past 13 years. While his focus remains on building a thriving business, Steve makes sure to stay active in the mountain lifestyle, indulging in activities such as downhill skiing, mountain biking, golf, and pickleball.

In addition, Beth has experience directly in the short-term rental industry, acting as a host on the Airbnb platform for 5 years.
