It takes a team to care for our patients at TriStar Skyline! This week our #WeShowUpWednesday features a duo that is all about teamwork. Meet Kendall and Jeff, registered nurses who work together in our Medical ICU. Kendall has worked at TriStar Skyline for three years and also floats to our trauma unit. She shared that she comes to work every day because of her coworkers who make work fun in a very intense atmosphere. Kendall has always wanted to be a nurse and care for others. TriStar Skyline provides her the opportunity to do that. For her, it is fulfilling to see her patients get better. Jeff concurs with Kendall that his coworkers and the teamwork they display helps him come in every day to take care of his patients. Jeff has worked at TriStar Skyline for over two years, becoming a nurse five years ago after working as a paramedic for 18 years. “I have tried other careers, but I always come back to the bedside and caring for patients. I am satisfied in my work, and I love seeing my patients improve.” Jeff shared that he feels he is more appreciated at TriStar Skyline than any other place he has worked because of the leadership. “They know my name and that says a lot.” We thank this dynamic duo for showing up for our patients with purpose and passion. We are so grateful that they chose TriStar Skyline to call home. #WeShowUp #TriStarSkyline #CareLikeFamily (ALT TEXT: Pictured are Jeff and Kendall, two registered nurses at TriStar Skyline featured during our We Show Up Wednesdays.)
