Nonprofit primary psychiatric residential treatment in Atlanta for adolescents ages 14-17 and adults ages 18 and up.
关于我们
Skyland Trail is a nonprofit mental health treatment organization based in Atlanta. For more than 30 years, we have been inspiring people with mental illness to thrive through a holistic program of evidence-based psychiatric treatment, integrated medical care, research and education. Skyland Trail serves adults ages 18 and older and adolescents ages 14 to 17. We’re not a hospital or lock-down institution, we’re one of the nation's top mental health treatment centers – a voluntary treatment community of clients finding new ways to overcome the limitations of their illness and reclaim their lives. But success is built on a two-way commitment – we’re committed to our patients and we ask our patients to commit to our approach. Each client has to put in the time and effort needed to make real and sustainable progress. As a residential treatment facility, we’re serious about healing and we’re passionate about the community we serve. Employee Eligibility Nicotine-free Campus: Skyland Trail values the health of our staff and clients and has taken steps to ensure a healthy campus and community. Please note that Skyland Trail is a 100% nicotine-free campus. There is no smoking, vaping, or tobacco use permitted anywhere on campus, indoors or outdoors. Vaccine Requirement: Skyland Trail requires employees to receive a CDC-recommended influenza vaccination annually. CDC-recommended COVID-19 vaccinations are encouraged but not required. Tattoos: Tattoos on the face, head, or neck, that cannot easily be covered and cause distraction from a therapeutic standpoint, are not allowed. Piercings: No visible body piercings, other than pierced ears and discrete nose studs, should be worn in the workplace.

Students gained valuable insights into nonprofit healthcare administration and mental health leadership, culminating in an engaging panel with members of our team. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support future healthcare leaders! ?? Panel included Skyland Trail’s Chief Operating Officer Stacey DeWeese, MPH; President & CEO Beth Finnerty, MBA, MHA; Senior Vice President of Clinical Services Chris Cline, LCSW, MSW, MBA, MHA; and Clinic Manager Debora Morgan, MSHA.
