As a lifelong learner, I'm excited to add to my skillset by pursuing the SHRM AI + HI (Artificial Intelligence + Human Intelligence) credential as part of my SHRM-SCP certification. ?? We had our first class today, and I learned so much about confidentiality, prompt engineering, and more! This credential focuses on the ethical use of AI and emphasizes the importance of always incorporating a human component in HR practices. Performance reviews are opportunities for growth and development. Here are some ideas for insightful questions to ask when you deliver your next employee review.
