Okay so I might have broke something in Salesforce. Don't tell my boss. ?? ??Sometimes, even the best-laid plans can have unexpected outcomes. Yesterday, I implemented a new rule in Salesforce to enhance our reporting capabilities. However, I missed adding important limitations, and after logging off for the day, our data team encountered recurring errors affecting synchronization with an external service. Thankfully, the exceptional team at Skydog Ops was quick to respond. Even in my absence, Keren Dubin not only resolved the syncing issues but also refined the rule by adding an extra layer of logic. I'm consistently impressed by Adam Curwin and his team. Their ability to rapidly solve problems and their dedication to ongoing collaboration on extensive projects make them an indispensable strategic partner in CRM operations.
