In the back end of another project here. These concrete steps/landings werent built on pads and therefore seperation was happening more and more every passing season. The bottom steps throughout the community were falling away. We were contracted to remove the rail, tear out the bottom steps, fill in the underneath with gravel material, then pour new bottom steps and reattach the railings. We also fixed up some pads in the community.

Another awesome job complete by Sky Contracting rebuilding 74 of these brick facings along these steps. Be increased the duration of the rebuilds by adding in alot of brick ties.
