In a bold move to redefine innovation, University of California, Berkeley and SKS Partners unveiled plans for the Berkeley Space Center—a $2 billion, 36-acre research and development hub at NASA’s Ames Research Center in the heart of Silicon Valley. This cutting-edge development will bring together leaders in academia, government, and industry to foster groundbreaking space tech advancements. ?? Key Project Highlights: ? A Hub for Innovation – Plans include 1.4 million square feet of R&D space, featuring wet and dry labs, conference areas, academic facilities, and retail amenities. ? We're delighted to share the newly completed lobby transformation at 350 California! Inspired by nature, our goal was to create a welcoming space that brings the essence of the outdoors indoors, activating the light-filled two-story lobby and mezzanine level. ? With a stunning 20-foot-tall faux olive tree, updated lounge seating, a fresh area rug, and modern signage, the lobby now serves as a serene and dynamic place for all to enjoy.
