Advocating for SkillsUSA & CTE Last week, our SkillsUSA Washington State Officers joined other Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO) leaders to advocate for Career and Technical Education (CTE), meeting with legislators to highlight the impact of hands-on learning. They shared personal stories about how CTE and CTSOs help students discover their career paths and emphasized the need for proper funding to keep opportunities accessible. Today, SkillsUSA Week is celebrating Advocacy Day, reinforcing the importance of strong support for CTE programs.
