The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP) Youth Symposium?brought together thought leaders and changemakers to tackle critical topics like advocacy, outreach, and creating life-changing opportunities for youth nationwide. The conference provided meaningful networking opportunities and the chance to connect in person with our valued workforce partners/superheroes, Kevin Fudge with American Student Assistance and LeeAnn Hayes with the Medical University of South Carolina. Our co-founders, Cynthia Jenkins, and Tina Zwolinski, had the privilege of presenting ways to engage youth on their phones with their #1 form of entertainment - gaming - which is a real win for local workforce. Conference Takeaway: The future is looking brighter for youth, although there is still much work to be done. #GameOn
