At Skills on the Hill, we treat the whole child by considering the environment, the child's strengths and weaknesses, and what is meaningful to the child. We know that the child will do best when he or she is comfortable and motivated, so we disguise everything as play. At our pediatric therapy clinic, we address motor delays, visual motor and perceptual deficits, weaknesses with daily living, self-help skills, difficulties with play and social skills, attention issues, and sensory processing and modulation disorders.

It's National Candy Corn Day! here's some kid-friendly candy corn activities for Halloween fun: Crafts: Kids can use candy corn to make art projects like bracelets, wreaths, or mosaics. Games: Play guessing games, candy corn bingo, or a spoon relay race. Snacks: Create treats like candy corn popcorn mix, parfaits, or "monster mouths" with apples. Science Experiments: Dissolve candy corn in different liquids, build towers, or make melting art. Cooking & Decorating: Decorate cookies and make candy corn bark or rice krispie treats. Outdoor Play: Organize a candy corn hunt, relay race, or target practice. Decorations: Make jar luminaries, garlands, or centerpieces with candy corn.
