?? This #WomensHistoryMonth, we honor Malala Yousafzai, a global advocate for girls’ education. At just 15, Malala Yousafzai survived an attack on her life for daring to demand education for girls in Pakistan. Despite facing life-threatening adversity, Malala continues to fight for every girl’s right to learn. She turned her survival into a global movement, co-founding the Malala Fund, which fights for the education of girls worldwide. Malala’s courage has inspired millions and continues to shape policies around education and gender equality. ???? ? Wednesday was an unforgettable day for the Skilled US Indiana team as we celebrated a major milestone—the official launch of our Advanced Manufacturing + Robotics Pathway at 16 Tech Innovation District in the Machyne space! Incredible partnerships and a shared commitment to workforce development have shaped this journey. We wouldn’t be here without the people who have supported us along the way, and we are beyond grateful. It all started with Robert McQuern from Conexus Indiana, who saw our vision and introduced us to the Catapult program, setting everything in motion. Thanks to the generosity of Josiah White's, we were gifted the equipment for the program and launched this program even sooner than expected. Then, Tracey Jackson, MHRM (She, Her, Hers) helped us find the perfect home at Machyne, where our program could truly thrive. We were then fortunate to meet Mark Douglass, a veteran seeking a new career. What started as a plan to teach GED classes quickly became something greater—he is now the heart and soul of this program. And in a serendipitous moment at a Women in Manufacturing Indiana Galentine’s event, we found the perfect robotics partners in Nathan Beadle and Morgan Chang at Standard Bots. This is just the beginning! We’re excited to continue working alongside our partners to equip individuals with the skills and hands-on training they need to build successful careers in advanced manufacturing and robotics. To everyone who joined us in celebrating—thank you! Your support fuels our mission. #WorkforceDevelopment #Manufacturing #WIOAPartner #AdvancedManufacturing #Robotics #SkilledUS #Innovation #RibbonCutting
