With a focus on building long-lasting relationships, our Indianapolis office continues to grow significantly (400% since 2022) and recently relocated to a larger office space.? ? A new chapter begins in Winnetka! Yesterday, we broke ground on JPMorganChase’s new three-story office and retail banking building at the corner of Elm St and Green Bay Rd. ? The 51,400-square-foot, ground-up development will double the site’s previous structure with a modern, high-performance, state-of-the-art building. ? We are honored to partner with this team to build a best-in-class banking and office facility that will blend innovation and character in downtown Winnetka.??

Innovation incoming! We recently built out the nearly 20,000-square-foot Materials Discovery Research Institute lab for UL Research Institutes at the Illinois Science + Technology Park. ? Designed as an incubator for scientific discovery where students and early-career researchers can work alongside seasoned experts, the MDRI lab of ULRI harnesses advanced computing and experimental methods to create innovative materials for renewable energy and environmental sustainability. ?
