He explained that FMs should focus on people, processes, and property to help them understand the skills needed in the modern workplace, including systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and change management. Companies with remote work policies outperform those without by an average of 16% (Flex Index). ?? ~83% of recruiters say remote work has improved the quality of their applicant pool (MyPerfectResume). ?? 87% of HR leaders with a hybrid model say it has improved work-life balance (The Conference Board). The modern workplace must be agile and flexible—in both location and schedule. Companies that mandate a full-time RTO risk losing top talent to those who provide more flexibility. ??
