Skechers Announces Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results and Record-breaking Quarterly Sales of $2.35 Billion! “Strong consumer demand for Skechers across all distribution channels resulted in a new quarterly sales record of $2.35 billion,” began David Weinberg, Chief Operating Officer of Skechers. “Skechers significant growth in the third quarter can be attributed to offering the right product at the right price and ensuring availability at locations where consumers want to shop – whether it’s in our own direct-to-consumer channels or with our network of key retailers,” began Robert Greenberg, Chief Executive Officer of Skechers. Third Quarter Highlights: Record quarterly sales of $2.35 billion, a 15.9% increase Wholesale sales grew 20.6% Direct-to-Consumer sales grew 9.6% Diluted earnings per share of $1.26, a 35.5% increase Repurchased $90.0 million of Class A common stock

This past weekend, our Skechers team joined thousands of participants for the 16th annual Skechers Pier to Pier Friendship Walk – and it was an impactful day! We pulled out all the stops for Skechers IT Professionals Day, packing it with fun and team-building activities to reward our hardworking Information Technology team! The day kicked off with a Hacking Session where team members cracked locks, detected credit card fraud, and played Capture the Flag, earning their own challenge coin for their efforts. Next, we had an IT-themed Photo Competition featuring creative ideas like "Drowning in Cables," "Keyboard Warriors," and "Tech Support Superheroes," followed by an exciting round of Jeopardy. To top it off, everyone got in on an epic raffle, and our team showed off their swings at Top Golf to wrap up an amazing day of fun and bonding. Step 2: Lift your right foot, placing your ankle on top of your left thigh. Step 3: Stack your arms like a genie, gently rotating toward the bent knee while keeping your spine long. ? Hold for 5-10 seconds, then switch sides! ? Repeat this stretch 2-3 times on each side to release tension and help your lower back feel amazing. ?
