Our colleagues Stefan Peter-Contesse and Laura Marlow, LEED AP had a great time at the InterFace Multifamily Conference in Nashville, and catching up with customers and partners in the area! Heard lots of valuable discussion about the impact of the new administration on multifamily development, the construction labor market, and the challenges of rising insurance rates due to weather-related damages. Despite the concerns, there’s optimism about the opportunities 2025 will bring! ?? Our team logged an impressive 578 miles throughout October, biking for fun, fitness, and a greener planet. Whether it’s saving CO2 or burning off donuts, Biketober brought out the best in us.
