Another successful conference for the Texas Alliance of Child and Family Services (TACFS) is in the books!?? Each year at this conference, TACFS honors individuals and organizations who have demonstrated the highest levels of personal and professional excellence in their community. We are pleased to announce that SJRC Texas | Belong employee, Tricia Rogers was recognized this year for her hard work and dedication. Tricia was named SSCC Employee of the Year after being nominated by Upbring!?? "The kids on her caseload really connected with her and most importantly, they trusted her," said Maricela Reyes. Maricela worked some of the toughest cases as an adoption recruiter with Tricia and was impressed with how hard she always worked. This summer, the Siller-Riojas family was the focus of a wonderful documentary that followed the adoptio of their daughter, Brooklyn. The short film premiered at the San Antonio Film Festival.
