Earlier this month, our team here at Sizemore Group was thrilled to see our LCI (Livable Centers Initiative) work — including the impactful Medline LCI — highlighted at the Atlanta Regional Commission's State of the Region event. This recognition reflects the dedication and vision our team pours into creating vibrant, sustainable and livable communities across the region. The Medline LCI area totaled 520 acres in unincorporated DeKalb County, framed by four major intersecting corridors: Church Street, Scott Boulevard/Lawrenceville Highway, North Decatur Road and DeKalb Industrial Way. The study's goal was to?develop a model Wellness District, which enhanced the long term economic viability of the area, building on the medical and ethnic/culturalal markets while creating healthy, well-connected spaces from underutilized land, streets, and streams. Seeing the plan highlighted alongside other transformative projects was a proud reminder of the positive change these plans can bring. That said, check out some of the great photos from the ARC event! #LivableCentersInitiative #SizemoreGroup #UrbanPlanning #CommunityImpact #ARCStateoftheRegion #CityPlanning #MedlineLCI #SustainableDevelopment #LCI25? #onegreatregion #SOR2024

Yes! We're incredibly proud of Sizemore Group's role in creating the 2022 Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study for Lilburn CID. It's a blueprint for thoughtful, sustainable growth in the Lilburn community. Collaborating closely with residents and stakeholders, we strive to create development plans that genuinely reflect the community's needs and aspirations. It's both inspiring and humbling to watch these plans come to life, bringing vibrancy and lasting impact to Lilburn! Lilburn Community Improvement District #LCI #SizemoreGroup #LilburnGA
Reflecting on the updated Livable Centers Initiative (LCI) Study conducted by Lilburn CID in November 2022, this framework aims to foster responsible, sustainable growth while enhancing the character, vibrancy and walkability of the Lilburn community. Through extensive community engagement and collaboration with stakeholders, the Sizemore Group identified six key redevelopment nodes for the CID and the City of Lilburn to concentrate their development efforts. The LCI has proven invaluable in prioritizing our initiatives and guiding projects that enhance Lilburn's infrastructure, safety and aesthetics. We look forward to continuing our efforts to align with these objectives. Learn more about the LCI Study on the Lilburn CID website:

Sizemore Group recently served as the designer and architect to envision a “new” version of old architecture for Kennesaw State University’s Crawford Lab building. We adapted the space to incorporate modern labs and a classroom that serve multiple programs, along with faculty offices and a student study lounge area as well. The facility will serve programs like Biology, Physics, Architectural and Construction Management, among others.
