Conduct surveys in your weekly email newsletters or implement a live chat on your site where customers can ask questions or raise concerns.? ????Ask sales team - Ask the people who interact with customers daily! The sales team can give a unique insight into what customers like and don’t like.? ????Analyze customer feedback - Sometimes going online is the best way to find what really ticks your customers. Arguments against affirmative action and attacks on organizations like the Fearless Fund are built on contradictions. Simply put. The truth is, socio-economic status and race are deeply intertwined. We can't have a real conversation about opportunity and equity without acknowledging this reality. What are your thoughts?
