The 10-month program will be led by Eric Alexander, President of Six Arrows Consulting, and will include group discussions about maximizing effectiveness in financial leadership roles + individual coaching sessions. Celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Six Arrows Consulting today! A colleague asked me recently what has surprised me the most about the journey so far. That’s easy. I told him it’s that my very first client was in New Jersey – far from the Amarillo, Texas home office. (And I’ve been blessed to have a good mix of near and far ever since: clients and speaking opportunities with folks close to home here in Texas…and in Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Indiana, Oklahoma, Georgia and West Virginia). Another surprise has been the degree to which some things I did expect starting out have been even stronger than expected: ·??????The encouragement and wise counsel and introductions from a robust network of professional colleagues I admire and value and appreciate. ·??????The multifacted enjoyment and fulfillment I’m finding in this season of my professional life. ·??????The manifest goodness of a very gracious Providence in every aspect of this adventure.
