Today at the SOP, Dr. Lynch held an informational meeting about the 2025 Jamaica Dental and Pharmacy Mission. The upcoming trip will be the 18th year that the SIUE SOP has participated in the mission. We had an incredible day hosting our interview candidates at the School of Pharmacy! It was inspiring to see so many students passionate about the profession of pharmacy. Thank you all for bringing your energy, enthusiasm, and big dreams to campus—exciting times ahead!

SIUE faculty, students, and alumni were heavily engaged at the ADCES Midwest Conference in Bloomington/Normal, IL today. It was great to catch up and learn together. Thank you Drs. World Diabetes Day is today. It has been amazing to see how pharmacists have come to the forefront of diabetes care! Tonight our P3 student, Haley Pruden, will be showcased with a regional award through ADCES surrounding the efforts and impact she contributed to providing care and awareness of this disease state.

Beginning nationally in 1990, Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month is a way to celebrate and honor the culture, history, and contributions of America's indigenous population.
