SOE was Recently at Sci Fest at the ST. Louis Science Center along with other Schools of Engineering. Representing SOE was Formula SAE, SIUE Cougar Rockets, SIUE Baja, (SOE's Newest Org.) SIUE Chapter AIAA and SIUE Civil Engineering Department. Little Engineers and their families were able to have hands on experiences to build their interest in Engineering and show them the importance of Engineering in every day life. New Student Chapter formed at SIUE. AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics) is the exciting new addition to our Student Organizations. The St. Louis Chapter co-sponsored a Meeting and Dinner in celebration for the new AIAA chapter. Bob Panke was a guest speaker and talked about Charles Lindbergh's solo flight across the Atlantic.
