A Few More Things… As the year comes to a close, I want to take a moment to share some reflections and updates. First, a heartfelt thank you to all of Sitio's clients who have trusted us to collaborate on their projects. In 2024, more than 50% of our work came from returning clients—a milestone I am incredibly grateful for. This year brought its challenges, particularly a notable decrease in contracted projects. Despite this, Sitio met its revenue goals and has several promising proposals in the pipeline. I’m optimistic about starting the new year with a strong portfolio of work. Current projections and financial restructuring will position Sitio to bring in talented designers, usher in a new phase of growth, and scale up to take on more projects while maintaining the same high standard of service. Lastly, I want to express my gratitude to Sitio’s consultants, product representatives, and professional partners. Your expertise and dedication have been indispensable to our success in both private and public works. The quality of your work has elevated Sitio's service and enhanced our project outcomes.
