The start of 2025 is right around the corner, and with it comes major impacts to California #fleet operators. If you operate vehicles in the state of California, you’ve likely heard about the Advanced Clean Fleet (ACF) regulation by now. And starting in the new year, several new milestones go into effect, including the Model Year Schedule and ZEV Milestone Option for high priority fleets. Rushing to meet ACF’s targets can lead to massive headaches for fleet operators, including missed incentives, infrastructure delays, and much more. Through our partnerships with K-12 school districts, our team loves the chance to teach students about energy efficiency and renewable energy sources as we implement these solutions in their classrooms. Recently, our Energy Management and mySiteIQ Optimize team visited with Metro Nashville Public Schools students to talk all things energy! They met with third graders to discuss types of energy and how energy can be produced, participated in Back to School Night with Tennessee Valley Authority where students tested solar powered cars to learn about light energy, and attended their School Fall Festival where students used our blender bike to make apple smoothies and learn about power conversion.
