April 1 is only a month away, and it brings some big DSNY deadlines. Starting 4/1, buildings will be fined for failure to properly separate leaf and food waste. Additionally, any buildings in Manhattan CD 9 (West Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Manhattanville, and Morningside Heights) must submit information to the agency in advance of the containerization pilot program.
