In our series People at IPS, we are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable members and their roles in our #TeamIPS. Today, meet Leona K?hler, our Lead Engineer in the US. After gaining valuable experience in Germany as a business analyst and test manager, Leona wanted to explore living and working in the USA. Thanks to IPS’s international projects, she had the opportunity to do just that. After a brief training period in Dortmund, Leona relocated to the US, where she now supports our team as Lead Engineer. In this role, she serves as a bridge between project management and software development, ensuring our software is tailored to meet specific customer requirements. One of the most impactful moments in her IPS journey so far was her first Go-Live at the Sint Maarten airport, where she collaborated closely with the client and the IPS team.
