This Monday, at Sisu Factory’s Sauna Pitching Event, I had the chance to share Targenta Ltd.’s journey in revolutionizing medication optimization with PharmaSolv – our software that helps medical professionals prevent dangerous drug-drug and drug-disease interactions. ?? Did you know that mismedication is one of the leading causes of death in developed countries? In the EU alone, 200,000 people die each year due to medication errors - more than from lung cancer. We built PharmaSolv to change that! ???? Our software already supports drug registries across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Estonia, and we’re continuously expanding. With active substance-level recognition, adding new countries is seamless. But we want to go further. ?? What’s next? We’re raising €250K in seed investment (minimum ticket: €25K) to implement dosage optimization and automatic API integrations—game-changing features that will take PharmaSolv to the next level.
