Materials Project Coordinator at Trane Technologies specializing in Lean methodologies
December I collaborated with my colleagues to give back and strengthen our community through our Angel Trees initiative led by our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with the help of Purple Teams. Together, we assisted over 40 families and provided support to 129 individuals and counting. The BEN ERG supported SISTERCARE, INC.,the GOL ERG aided the LATINO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER, WEN ERG worked with Richland School District 2 and Kershaw County School District .
