Our mission is to provide care and offer hope to individuals and families facing substance use, mental illness or behavioral health issues. At Sinnissippi Centers, we understand that there may be anxiety tied to the future of Medicaid for our nation and for the residents of Illinois. There is a lot of uncertainty at this time regarding what potential cuts will look like and what the timeframe will be. We continue to monitor for anticipated changes. We are advocating with our federal government and your voice can be heard too! Click the online link to advocate against Medicaid cuts: https://lnkd.in/e8RNT8q6 In addition to advocating with our federal government about how vitally important Medicaid is to those we serve, we have advocacy organizations at the state and federal level who are working on our behalf. If there are changes that impact individual Medicaid coverage, we will work with each unique person and situation to determine the best course of action for them related to their behavioral health services.
