Our team in Marietta, Ohio recently resolved a significant logistics challenge for a drilling customer. Large hydraulic kit orders, previously delivered in standard cardboard boxes, were costing the customer 16+ man-hours in sorting. Recognizing this inefficiency, our team implemented a strategic solution: custom, layered containers, organized by assembly area. The results were impressive: ? The customer saw a significant reduction in the time spent sorting hoses ? Waste was minimized, as the cardboard and pallets were no longer needed ?
